Cancellations made at least sixty days before the tour will incur a $100 per person service charge. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable unless credited towards another trip within one-two years. Full payment cancellations will incur charges based on the timeframe before departure.
We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance for added protection. In the event of a tour cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued.
Scheduled tour prices are based on a minimum of 4 people. For private tours with fewer participants, an additional cost of USD 100-300 per person may apply, depending on the number of people and departures.
